How To Make Keto Air Fryer Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, almond flour, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, green onions, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and egg. Mix well.

  2. Form mixture into 8 patties.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  4. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place crab cakes in basket, making sure they do not touch.

  5. Cook crab cakes for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
