How To Make Clam Pasta Recipe
Delicious and savory pasta with clams in a white wine sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups canned clams with juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes; cook until onion is translucent.

Add white wine, canned clams with juice, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve hot.
