How To Make Clam Bake Recipe
A classic seafood dish made with clams, potatoes, corn, and sausage, all steamed together in a pot with beer and spices.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh clams
- 4 small potatoes, quartered
- 2 ears of corn, shucked and cut in half
- 1 lb sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 bottle beer
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse clams thoroughly and soak in cold water for 20 minutes.

In a large pot, add potatoes, corn, sausage, beer, and spices. Stir to combine.

Bring the pot to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the clams to the pot, cover with a lid, and steam for 10-12 minutes, or until the clams have opened and the potatoes are tender.
