- 2 lbs fresh clams, scrubbed and rinsed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.

Add corn kernels, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.

Add fresh clams and season with salt and pepper.
