  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. Arrange the smoked salmon on a platter or individual plates.

  3. Drizzle the chilli and lime dressing over the smoked salmon.

  4. Sprinkle with sliced chili, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
