  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush each fillet with teriyaki sauce.

  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Transfer the green beans to the baking sheet, arranging them around the salmon fillets.

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.

  7. Serve the teriyaki salmon with the sautéed green beans.
