Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a greased baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over the fish fillets, pressing it down gently.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
