How To Make Mimi’s Cafe’s Croissant Sandwich
A classic croissant sandwich with turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 4 slices of turkey
- 4 strips of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cut each croissant in half lengthwise and toast in oven for 5 minutes.

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove from the pan.

Crack eggs into the same skillet and cook until desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of turkey on the bottom half of each croissant.

Add a cooked egg and a slice of cheese on top of the turkey.

Stack the bacon on top of the cheese and add the top half of the croissant.
