How To Make Mimi’s Cafe’s Croissant Sandwich

A classic croissant sandwich with turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • 4 slices of turkey
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut each croissant in half lengthwise and toast in oven for 5 minutes.

  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove from the pan.

  4. Crack eggs into the same skillet and cook until desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of turkey on the bottom half of each croissant.

  6. Add a cooked egg and a slice of cheese on top of the turkey.

  7. Stack the bacon on top of the cheese and add the top half of the croissant.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
