  • 4 croissants
  • 1 pound roasted turkey breast, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Mayo or aioli, for spreading

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Slice the croissants in half.

  3. Spread mayo or aioli on the bottom half of each croissant.

  4. Layer turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, and tomato on each croissant.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  6. Place the top half of each croissant over the fillings.

  7. Wrap each sandwich in foil.

  8. Place the foil-wrapped sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
