Ingredients

  • 4 small croissants
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.

  3. Layer 2 slices of prosciutto on the bottom half of each croissant.

  4. Spread 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce on top of the prosciutto.

  5. Place a few slices of brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.

  6. Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden and the cheese has melted.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
