Ingredients
- 4 small croissants
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.

Layer 2 slices of prosciutto on the bottom half of each croissant.

Spread 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce on top of the prosciutto.

Place a few slices of brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.

Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden and the cheese has melted.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
