This salad is a delicious combination of fresh spinach leaves, tangy cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and aromatic red onions, tossed in a zesty dijon dressing.

  • 6 cups of fresh spinach leaves, washed
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach leaves, cranberries, walnuts, and red onions.
