- 4 cups spinach leaves, washed and dried
- 2 cups watercress, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, watercress, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
