How To Make Warm Moroccan cauliflower salad

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- dressing:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly.

In a serving bowl, combine the roasted cauliflower, sliced almonds, pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley, and crumbled feta cheese.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
