How To Make Moroccan Beef Salad
A refreshing and tangy salad loaded with tender beef and Moroccan spices.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture onto beef slices.

Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook beef until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make dressing.

Toss salad with dressing and top with beef. Serve immediately.
