Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture onto beef slices.

  2. Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook beef until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make dressing.

  5. Toss salad with dressing and top with beef. Serve immediately.
