- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 ripe nectarines, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
- For the Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, crumbled feta cheese, sliced nectarines, torn basil leaves, and torn mint leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, poppy seeds, and season with salt and pepper.
