How To Make Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
For Dressing
- ¼cupolive oil
- ¼cupcanola oil
- 2tsporange zest
- ¼cupfresh orange juice
- 2tbspfresh lemon juice
- 2tbsphoney
- 2tspdijon mustard
- ¼tspsalt
- 1tbsppoppy seeds
For Salad
- 1lbchickengrilled
- 9ozbaby spinach
- 2mediumavocadoscored and diced
- 1cupfetacrumbled
- ¾cupalmondssliced , toasted
- ¾cupcranberriesdried
Instructions

Add olive oil, canola oil, orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, dijon mustard, and salt to a blender.

Pulse until well emulsified. Pour into a jar and stir in poppy seeds. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl. Pour dressing over top and toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
