How To Make Deli Couscous

- 1 cup cooked couscous
- 1 cup deli turkey, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked couscous, deli turkey, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and fresh parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
