How To Make Chorizo with Celeriac Remoulade

Ingredients
- 4 chorizo sausages
- 1 celeriac, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

Prick the chorizo sausages with a fork and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

In a bowl, mix together the grated celeriac, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Serve the grilled chorizo sausages with the celeriac remoulade on the side.
