  • 4 chorizo sausages
  • 1 celeriac, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

  2. Prick the chorizo sausages with a fork and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the grated celeriac, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Serve the grilled chorizo sausages with the celeriac remoulade on the side.

  5. Enjoy!
