Ingredients

  • 1 small celeriac, peeled and julienned
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the julienned celeriac to the bowl and toss until well coated in the dressing.

  3. Let the remoulade sit in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. Serve the remoulade chilled, garnished with chopped parsley.
