Ingredients
- 1 small celeriac, peeled and julienned
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
