How To Make Celeriac & Potato Mash
Delicious and creamy mashed celeriac and potatoes, a perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
- 1 celeriac, peeled and diced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the celeriac, potatoes, and minced garlic in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk.

Mash the celeriac and potatoes until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
