How To Make Celeriac & Potato Mash

Delicious and creamy mashed celeriac and potatoes, a perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 celeriac, peeled and diced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the celeriac, potatoes, and minced garlic in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk.

  3. Mash the celeriac and potatoes until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy as a delicious side dish.
