- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 green chili, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, green chili, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, and mint leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
