Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes, large, sliced
- 16 oz fresh mozzarella medallions
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Arrange mozzarella and tomato slices on a platter. Overlap them slightly. Tuck basil leaves between the tomatoes and the cheese.
