You only need 10 minutes to toss this Caprese salad, made with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, and drizzled with balsamic glaze.

  • 5cupstomatoes,cut into bite sized pieces
  • cupssmall mozzarella balls,such as ciliegine
  • ½cupsmall basil leaves
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 2tbspbalsamic glaze


  1. Place the tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the olive oil over the tomato mixture and toss gently to coat.

  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad, then serve immediately.
