How To Make Vegan Caprese Salad

A plant-based twist on the classic Caprese salad, featuring ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and creamy vegan mozzarella.

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 8 oz. vegan mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving platter.

  2. Add the sliced vegan mozzarella on top of the tomatoes.

  3. Tuck the fresh basil leaves in between the tomato slices and cheese.

  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
