How To Make Broccoli Apple Salad

This broccoli apple salad is a 20-minute no-cook meal tossed with walnuts, carrots, and raisins in a rich honey yogurt dressing.

  • 4cupsbroccoli florets,small diced
  • 2smallgala apples,cored and diced
  • 1cupwalnuts
  • 1cupmatchstick carrots,roughly chopped
  • ½cupgolden raisins,or dried cranberries
  • ¼cupred onion,chopped

For Dressing:

  • ¾cupplain Greek yogurt
  • cupHellman’s or Best Foods mayonnaise,full fat
  • tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 3tbsphoney
  • salt


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and season with salt to taste (about ¼ tsp). Chill until ready to use.

  2. In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, apples, walnuts, carrots, raisins or cranberries, and red onion. Pour in dressing and toss until evenly coated.
