How To Make Greek-Style Beef Salad
A tangy and refreshing salad with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and a zesty dressing.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the sliced beef with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking.

In a large bowl, mix together the mixed greens, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
