How To Make Korean Beef Salad

Make a refreshing and savory Korean-style salad with marinated beef, veggies and dressing.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar and minced garlic.

  2. Marinate beef in mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat and cook beef until browned.

  4. Arrange mixed greens, sliced cucumber, red onion and julienned carrot on a plate.

  5. Top with sliced beef.

  6. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
