Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

  4. Add steak to the bowl and drizzle with dressing.

  5. Toss everything together and divide among 4 plates. Serve immediately.
