How To Make Beef and Avocado Salad Recipe
This refreshing salad features tender beef, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables in a zesty dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.

In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
