How To Make Grilled Steak Salad Recipe
A delicious and healthy salad recipe featuring grilled steak, fresh greens, and a zesty vinaigrette.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb of flank steak
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 cups of mixed greens
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- For the vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.

Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired level of doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, red onion, red bell pepper, avocado, feta cheese, and parsley.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.

Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix well.

Divide the salad mixture among four plates and top with sliced grilled steak.
