How To Make Caesar Beef Salad
A hearty salad with tender beef, fresh greens, and a classic Caesar dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Croutons, for serving
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- For the Caesar dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef slices until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the Caesar dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated parmesan cheese.

Add the cooked beef to the bowl and mix well.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Serve with croutons for crunch.
