How To Make Asian Beef Salad Recipe
A refreshing salad that combines tender beef strips with crunchy vegetables and a zesty dressing.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 500g beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- dressing:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef and toss to coat.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.

In a separate bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients.

Assemble salad by arranging mixed greens, bell pepper, carrot, and cucumber on a plate. Top with cooked beef strips.
