How To Make Avocado with Tamari & Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.

In a small bowl, whisk together tamari sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and sliced green onion.

Arrange the avocado halves on a serving platter.

Drizzle the dressing over the avocados.
