  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together tamari sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and sliced green onion.

  3. Arrange the avocado halves on a serving platter.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the avocados.

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
