  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 flatbreads
  • Greek yogurt, for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb mixture and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

  3. Toast the flatbreads on a grill or in a toaster until warm and slightly crispy.

  4. Spread a spoonful of Greek yogurt onto each flatbread.

  5. Spoon the cooked lamb mixture onto the flatbreads, spreading it evenly.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  7. Serve the fragrant lamb flatbreads warm.
