How To Make Antipasti Platter with Homemade Flatbreads

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Assorted cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, etc.)
- Marinated olives
- Roasted red peppers
- Fresh vegetables (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
- Dips and spreads (hummus, pesto, etc.)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (basil, parsley, etc.)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Roll out each portion of dough into a thin round shape.
