Ingredients
- 2 pounds of pork loin
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, then place it in a roasting pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and dried thyme.

Brush the maple mustard glaze over the pork loin, ensuring it’s well coated.

Roast the pork in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting it with the glaze every 20 minutes.

Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
