  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Season tenderloins with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Brown tenderloins for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  5. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.

  6. Brush the glaze over pork tenderloins.

  7. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
