
How To Make Smoky Ham and Cheese Quesadillas
The smokiness of these ham and cheese quesadillas gives them a sophisticated flair. You can also make everything in less than half an hour.

- 4flour tortillas,(12 inch)
- 125gramsmonterey jack cheese,smoked
- 1tbspjalapeno pepper,chopped
- 125gramsprosciutto
- 2cupsarugula
- 2tbspolive oil
- ¼cupmayonnaise
- ¼cupspicy tomato salsa
Instructions

Lay tortillas on counter and divide cheese, jalapeno, prosciutto and arugula evenly between them. Fold tortillas in half over filling and press down.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tortillas one at a time and press down. Cover and fry about 2 minutes a side or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden. Cut into four rectangles.

Mix together mayonnaise and salsa and drizzle over tortillas or serve as a dip.
