How To Make Spaghetti with Caramelised Onion, Kale & Gorgonzola

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
- 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelised, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the chopped kale to the skillet with the caramelised onion and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese over the spaghetti. Let it melt slightly.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
