  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  4. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.

  5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

  6. Remove the salmon from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dish.
