How To Make Linguine with Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe
This linguine pasta is served with a delicate and tangy lemon butter sauce that perfectly complements the dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta in salted water according to package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Once the butter is melted, remove from heat and add the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, whisking until well combined.

Drain the cooked pasta and reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked pasta, lemon butter sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the pasta is well coated.

If the pasta seems too dry, add a little bit of reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.
