Ingredients

  • 400g fusilli pasta
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions and drain.

  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown.

  3. Add the can of diced tomatoes and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the chopped fresh basil and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Toss the pasta and tomato sauce together.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
