Ingredients

  • 400g fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water.

  2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent and fragrant.

  3. Add heavy cream and let it simmer until it thickens.

  4. Add grated parmesan to the sauce and stir until melted.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.

  7. Serve hot and garnish with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
