Ingredients

  • 1 lb fusilli pasta
  • 4 Italian sausages, sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned on all sides.

  4. Add the sliced peppers, diced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until vegetables are tender.

  5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the sausage and vegetables.

  6. Toss everything together until well combined.

  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
