Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Fusilli pasta
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Fusilli pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Add Parmesan, smoked salmon, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  4. Drain pasta and add to the cream sauce, stir to combine.

  5. Serve hot with extra dill and Parmesan.
