How To Make Fusilli with Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo Recipe
Creamy pasta dish with tender chicken and earthy mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Fusilli pasta
- 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add chicken and mushrooms, cooking until chicken is cooked through and mushrooms are tender.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
