Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fusilli pasta
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  3. Add chicken and mushrooms, cooking until chicken is cooked through and mushrooms are tender.

  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Toss sauce with cooked pasta and serve hot.
