How To Make Tortellini with Pesto & Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb tortellini
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup homemade pesto
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the pesto over medium heat. Add the cooked tortellini and blanched broccoli. Toss to coat well.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the tortellini is heated through.

Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
