How To Make Beef & Sour Cherry Manti with Tomato-Chilli Butter

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 200g sour cherries, pitted
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.

Take a small amount of the beef mixture and wrap it in a square piece of pasta dough, sealing the edges to form a dumpling.

Repeat with the remaining beef mixture and pasta dough.

In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes, or until they float to the top.

In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the tomato sauce, beef broth, sour cherries, and chilli flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve the cooked dumplings with the tomato-chilli butter sauce, garnished with chopped parsley.
