How To Make Sweet Chilli Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sweet chilli sauce, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat a grill or a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

During the last few minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each burger and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.

Serve the sweet chilli burgers hot with some extra sweet chilli sauce on the side.
