How To Make DIY Mexican Chilli Wraps
These DIY Mexican Chilli Wraps are loaded with flavorful chili, veggies, and cheese, wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Shredded cheese for topping
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Warm tortillas in a separate pan or in the microwave.

Spoon the chili mixture onto each tortilla, then top with shredded cheese.

Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
