How To Make Breaded Dijon Pork Chops

A no-ordinary breaded porkchop that uses saltine crackers as breading and marinated in Dijon mustard for that extra flavor being fried to a golden brown exterior.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops, boneless, ½ inch thick
  • ¾ cup saltines, about 20 crackers, crushed
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp rubbed sage
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, thyme, pepper and sage.
  2. Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops; coat with crumb mixture.
  3. In a skillet, cook pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.
