How To Make Breaded Dijon Pork Chops
A no-ordinary breaded porkchop that uses saltine crackers as breading and marinated in Dijon mustard for that extra flavor being fried to a golden brown exterior.

Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops, boneless, ½ inch thick
- ¾ cup saltines, about 20 crackers, crushed
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp rubbed sage
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, thyme, pepper and sage.
- Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops; coat with crumb mixture.
- In a skillet, cook pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.
